Think We're Onto Something...
Also: the "relief fund" that a company set up for their competitor
Yo!
I’m blown away at the response we got for the Healthy Competition Talent Collective.*
Two weeks ago, I invited Product Marketers and Competitive Intel practitioners to join the collective. Today, there are 36 (!) candidates in the collective that are ready to speak with hiring managers.
Now, I’m opening it up to companies that are hiring.
If you’re hiring for Product Marketing or Competitive Intel practitioners, I urge you to check these candidates out. Here’s a teaser of who’s in there:
consultants and freelancers
full-time individual contributors through sr. director levels
experience working with world-class brands
Many of these candidates have not raised their hands as “open to work” in public spaces like LinkedIn. So you’ll be getting first dibs and can contact them directly :-)
Please note that once you apply, I have to approve your application before you can view the candidates. All applications are reviewed by me, personally. Feel free to follow up if you have any questions or feedback!
PS: Not hiring but know someone who is? Do me a favor and forward this email to them. Let’s get these awesome candidates some new jobs!
*ICYMI: the Healthy Competition Talent Collective is a new kind of job board that connects PMM and Competitive Intel candidates with employers who are hiring.
The biggest compete event of the year is almost here.
Compete Week is a two-day hybrid event filled with best practices for competitive intel pros. The lineup is incredible.
Here are a few sessions that I can't wait to tune into:
Mark Kosoglow, CRO at Catalyst: how modern revenue leaders winning business more efficiently than competitors
Jessica Davis, Manager of Competitive Intelligence at HubSpot: how HubSpot builds battlecards to support every stage of a deal
Sydney Sloan, CMO of Drata, & Katie Berg, VP Marketing at Klue: how to win the competition for brand supremacy
I'll also be there leading a session about building and launching rip n' replace campaigns: why they're important, how to get started, and tracking success.
